Livingston Man Arrested on Narcotics Charges, LIVINGSTON, December 27, 2024 - On December 26, 2024, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a Felony warrant service, on Kori Lavar Bogany (AKA Kori Wyatt), in the Foresters Retreat Subdivision. Kori was wanted for a felony charge of MTRP/Prohibited Substance in Correctional facility.
During the course of the arrest, Detectives developed probable cause to obtain a search warrant on the residence. Following the execution of the search warrant, Detectives located several types of narcotics, to including cocaine, methamphetamine, THC oil/wax and two rifles.
Kori was arrested for his prior active warrants and charged with the additional following charges:
1. Two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1
2. One count of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2
3. Possession of Marijuana
4. Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
Kori was booked into the Polk County Jail without incident and awaits justice on No Bond.
