Dana Glen "Bubba" Piper, of Livingston
Local Constable In Trouble with the Law, LIVINGSTON, August 2, 2019 - Polk County Constable, Precinct 4, Dana Glen "Bubba" Piper has somehow landed on the wrong side of the law.  Piper was arrested on Wednesday evening (08/01/19) by deputies with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and has been charged with disorderly conduct.  The following is a press release from the Polk County Sheriff's Office:
 
On 08/01/2019, around 11:22pm, a 911 phone call was received by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Dispatch Center. The caller was requesting help. The Polk County Sheriff’s Office dispatched several units, to the Old Israel Rd. area in an attempt to locate the caller. Responding units located the caller in the 4400 blk of Old Isreal Rd. The caller who was identified as Dana Piper, was arrest by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Piper was seen by Justice of the Peace Pct#2, Sarah Raspberry on a Class –C Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Piper was given a summons to appear and released. Sheriff Hammack advised the investigation into the 911 call is ongoing.

Piper is listed in the Polk County Sheriff's Office current inmate list with additional charges of tampering with a witness and theft by a public servant.
