Shots Fired, Residence Struck in Indian Hills, BLANCHARD, September 8, 2025 - In the late-night hours of Sunday, September 7, 2025, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office received a report of shots fired at a residence in the Indian Hills subdivision located off of FM 2457. The victim reported that an unknown vehicle drove by and fired multiple rounds toward the home, striking the residence.

Detectives immediately initiated an investigation and were able to identify two suspects involved in the shooting. The suspects, identified as 18-year-old Abraham Saenz and 18-year-old Ivan Rangel, both of Livingston, were arrested and charged with Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm (felony).

Saenz and Rangel were transported to the Polk County Jail, where they remain in custody. Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues. This case is still under investigation and no further information is available at this time.
