LIVINGSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE REGARDING DECEASED MAN FOUND IN PARKING LOT...
 
On Thursday, November 20, 2025, at approximately 10:40 AM, the Livingston Police Department was dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Church St. in reference to an unresponsive male near the parking lot.  Upon arrival, officers located a deceased 60-year-old male, identified as Raymond Anthony Duncan. An investigation was initiated, and Polk County Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Robert Johnson was requested to the scene.  No evidence of foul play was observed at the scene. The official cause of death is pending the completion of an autopsy.

Pedestrian Finds Deceased Person in Parking Lot, LIVINGSTON, November 20, 2025 - At approximately 10:40 am on November 20, 2025, a person walking in the parking lot in front of Subway (near Burger King) came upon what appeared to be a deceased person near the parking lot hedge.  Livingston Police Department was dispatched to the scene and was assisted by Deputies from The Polk County Sheriff's Office.  The man (name not yet released) is believed to be a local homeless man.  Justice of the Peace, Robert "Dooley" Johnson filed an inquest at the scene.  A first-call car from Cochran Funeral Home transported the deceased man from the scene.  PolkCountyToday.com will update this story as soon as more information is made available.
