35 year old Jessica Chari, of Spring, gets a field sobriety test from Trooper John Allen.
Driver Crashes, Gets Arrest for DWI, LIVINGSTON, October 13, 2019 - At approximately 12:30 am on October 13, 2019, a black 2014 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Jessica Chari, 35, of Spring, was north-bound on FM-2457. As Chari was approaching the entrance to US-190 West, she drove off the road into the triangle shaped divider median an 190 and 2457. Chari came out of the median, crossed over 190 and into the center median on 190 where her car came to rest. Chari wasn't injured. Her passenger (35 year old Jennifer Arceneaux, of Livingston) appeared to be injured. Troopers John Allen, David Morris, and Zach Lenderman with the Texas Highway Patrol were dispatched to the scene. Arceneaux was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Chari was given a field sobriety test and placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Her vehicle was recovered by Fawbush Wrecker and will be stored in Goodrich.
