Three Arrested in Goodrich Drug Bust, GOODRICH, November 17, 2008 - On November 17, 2008 at approximately 1:30 am, Deputy Craig Taylor with the Polk County Sheriff's Office was conducting a building check at 59 South Self Storage in Goodrich when he spotted a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle's owner was nearby. When Taylor approached the vehicle, he noticed Ross Rachael, 27, of Livingston was acting suspicious. Rachael attempted to flee the scene but Deputy Taylor pursued him on foot and detained and arrested Rachael for evading and resisting arrest. Also arrested at the scene was Jeremy Caski, 23, of Livingston and Michelle Renee Perry, 20, of Shepherd. Caski and Perry were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver when Deputy Taylor, Deputy David Ramsey and Sergeant William Jerry found a substantial amount of crystal meth and drug paraphernalia in their black 1999 Dodge Truck. All three suspects were transported to Polk County Jail and booked in. A rollback wrecker from Ken's Towing arrived to tow the truck from the scene. The scene was cleared shortly before 2:30 am.
