One of Polk County's Top 8 Most Wanted Arrested, LIVINGSTON, March 26, 2008 - One of Polk County Crime Stoppers' top 8 most wanted fugitives was arrested on March 17, 2008 in San Augustine County by San Augustine County Constable Smith. In an effort to locate and capture fugitives from justice in Polk County, Texas, the Polk County District Attorney Investigators received information as to the whereabouts of a known fugitive identified as Latisha Mae Thebeau. Thebeau is known more recently as being listed on the Polk County Crime Stopper?s Most Wanted Poster for Sexual Assault of a Child. Thebeau was located and captured living in San Augustine County, Texas. San Augustine County Sheriff's Deputies and Constables were able to locate and arrest Thebeau after Investigators discovered she had been staying with family in the San Augustine area.
