Officer Adam Williford speaks with 37 year old Amy Nicolosi, of Livingston as Sergeant Ronnie Bogany stands nearby.
Woman Arrested for Mounting Violations, LIVINGSTON, June 27, 2017 - At approximately 5 pm on June 26, 2017, Officer Adam Williford with Livingston Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a yellow 2001 Ford Mustang driven by Amy Nicolosi, 37, of Livingston.  Frequent complaints about Nicolosi had been called in to Livingston PD regarding Nicolosi's reckless driving.  Officer Williford stopped her vehicle Mimosa Street and North Houston.  Williford was quickly joined by Sergeant Ronnie Bogany with Livingston PD and later Kaleb Barker.  As it turns out, Nicolosi's vehicle was unregistered, and Nicolosi had no driver's license, no insurance, and her vehicle had license plates that weren't registered for her vehicle (fictitious plates).  Nicolosi was arrested and transported to Polk County Jail.  Her vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

Special thank you:  Chad Summers
