Burglar Pleads Guilty, Sentenced to 40 Years, LIVINGSTON, July 8, 2015 - On the morning of July 8, 2015, David Kyle Ahart pled guilty on two cases of burglary of a habitation. He and his wife (Angel Ahart-Faust), were suspected in a rash of home and automobile burglaries in 2013 and 2014. They were arrested on January 2, 2015 and were charged with multiple cases. He was sentenced to forty (40) years incarceration on the burglaries, the same sentence that his wife received on the burglary cases. Both Aharts will be sent to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division to carry out their sentences.
