Accident on 190 W. Hospitalizes 2, LIVINGSTON, September 27, 2025 - At approximately 6:40 am on September 27, 2025, a white 2012 Toyota Corolla, driven by Samantha Horn, 34, of Livingston, was west-bound on US-190 West. As Horn was about to pass FM-350 North, the driver of a gray 2018 Dodge Ram pickup pulled off of FM-350 North and failed to yield to Horn. Horn's vehicle broadsided the pickup, driven by Roger Gibson, 76, also of Livingston. The impact sent Gibson's vehicle into the center median as Horn's vehicle came to rest on the pavement. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with The Livingston Volunteer Fire Department Heavy Rescue Unit, and Sergeant Ronnie Bogany with The Livingston Police Department. Sergeant Bogany was assisted by other officers with Livingston P.D. Both drivers were transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries. Traffic on the west-bound side of 190 W. was partially blocked during investigation and cleanup. Gibson is facing a citation for failure to yield right-of-way from a stop sign. Both vehicles were recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored in Livingston.
