Driver Crashes Car Into Ditch, Arrested for DWI, GOODRICH, July 26, 2025 - At approximately 10:30 pm on July 25, 2025, the driver of a white 2019 Toyota RAV4 pulled off of US-59 and onto Queens Row Road. The driver pulled around behind Lone Star Charlie's Restaurant and turned her car over in a drainage area. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, and Troopers Simon Mijares and Cesar Davila with The Texas Highway Patrol. The driver, Tina Louise Proctor, 61, of Galveston, was helped from her vehicle, checked by EMS personnel and was physically okay. Proctor did have the smell of alcohol on her person. Trooper Mijares initiated a field sobriety test on Proctor and placed her under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Proctor's vehicle was recovered by Smith Towing out of Livingston.

61 year old Tina Louise Proctor, of Galveston, was driving this 2019 Toyota RAV4 north-bound on US-59 when she pulled off of 59 onto Queens Row Road and drove into a drainage area behind Lone Star Charlie's Restaurant.
Proctor was helped from her vehicle and checked by EMS personnel.
Trooper Simon Mijares initiated a field sobriety test on Proctor.
