21 year old Jazmen Keshay Clark, of St. Louis, Missouri, was transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital.
Driver Falls Asleep, Crashes, Hospitalized, SEVEN OAKS, June 9, 2016 - At approximately 3:30 am on June 9, 2016, a tan 2002 Chevy Malibu, driven by Jazmen Keshay Clark, 21, of St. Louis, Missouri, was south-bound on US-59 in Seven Oaks.  Clark allegedly fell asleep at the wheel.  Her vehicle left the pavement to the right, slid down an embankment and struck a cedar tree at the woodline on the right side of 59.  Americare Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Sergeant David Ramsey and Deputy Jason Burleson with the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Trooper Bill Corley with the Texas Highway Patrol.  Clark was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with undisclosed injuries.  Traffic on 59 was not blocked during investigation and cleanup.  A rollback wrecker from Riley's Wrecker Service out of Corrigan recovered Clark's vehicle and it will be stored in Corrigan.
