54 year old Daniel Snyder, of Hockley, lies on his back as Trooper Kevin Burman tries to help.
Loose Gravel, Motorcycle Crashes, SWARTWOUT, May 7, 2017 - At approximately 4 pm on May 7, 2017, a street motorcycle driven by Daniel Snyder, 54, of Hockley, was south-bound on FM-3126 approaching FM-1988 South (near Lake Livingston State Park).  As Snyder entered the curve leading to 1988 he appeared to have slid in loose gravel.  Snyder lost control of his motorcycle and left the pavement to the right and was ejected.  Trooper Kevin Burman was dispatched to the scene along with Americare Ambulance Service.  Snyder appeared to have an injured leg.  He was transported to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital by ambulance.  No citations were issued due to the loose gravel.  Snyder's motorcycle was driven from the scene by a friend.
