29 year old Jennifer Soldier, of Kilgore, rolled this 2005 Dodge Durango on US-59 just north of Stallion Station Road. Soldier was allegedly intoxicated.

Driver Rolls Vehicle, Arrested for DWI, LIVINGSTON, March 17, 2020 - At approximately 9:15 pm on March 16, 2020, a red 2005 Dodge Durango, driven by Jennifer Soldier, 29, of Kilgore, was north-bound on US-59. There had been calls placed to the Polk County Sheriff's Office from other drivers who were observing Soldier's alleged reckless driving. Soldier's vehicle suddenly swerved left, entered the center median and rolled. Soldier's vehicle came to rest on its driver's side in the median. Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, and Troopers Colton McQuilkin, John Allen and Ashlee White with the Texas Highway Patrol. Soldier had a cut on her leg from the rollover accident. She refused medical treatment. Trooper Colton McQuilkin checked Soldier for intoxication. Soldier was placed under arrest and charged with driving while intoxicated. Her vehicle was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.

After Soldier refused medical treatment, Trooper Colton McQuilking checked her for intoxication and placed her under arrest for driving while intoxicated.
Soldier's vehicle was turned upright and recovered by Ken's Towing.
