We've been getting emails and texts regarding the contents of that chemical spill off US-59 on Thursday. Thank you to Livingston Police Department for the following information. The information below corresponds with the plackard that was on the tanker. The chemical is called Diethylenetriamine. We're told that it's a curing agent for most epoxy resins. Not trying to be boring, but some readers want to know!
