22 New Homes To Go Up In CountryWood, LIVINGSTON, February 9, 2008 - According to Greg Baskin, owner of Capital B Developers, construction of 22 new homes have begun as Polk County's Economy continues to thrive.  Baskin says that 11 homes are to be built by Capital B Developers, and 11 homes are to be built by KWS Builders, owned by Ken Shipman.  He also says the homes will feature 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and have a living area that ranges between 1,600 - 1,700 square feet.  The homes will feature a nice blend of brick and stone and prices will start $150k.  CountryWood is a quiet subdivision located just off highway 190 East about 3 miles out of Livingston.
