Body Found in Old Woodville Road Ditch Positively Identified, LIVINGSTON, August 7, 2008 - The body that was found in a ditch on Old Woodville Road was ordered released today by Justice of the Peace Precinct 4, Judge Steven B. McEntyre. The person is identifed as Roger Dean Emmons, 65, who lived on Waka Street off of Old Woodville Road. On July 25, 2008, a dog dragged up a human arm to a residence off of Old Woodville Road. This in turn led to the discovery of the body by law enforcement a short time later. See related story.
