Victim of ATV Accident in Moscow Dies, MOSCOW, December 20, 2008 - The victim of an ATV accident that occurred in Moscow on Friday night has died. Jerry Van Cleave, 54, of Texas City passed away at Lufkin Memorial Hospital at 1:51 am on December 20, 2008. Van Cleave was in a terrible 4 wheel ATV accident on FM-62 when he was west-bound and, according to DPS, his ATV flipped and Van Cleave's head hit the pavement. Life flight was called for, however, due to foggy weather, could not fly. See related story.
