Vest attempted to cross from the west-bound lanes across the east-bound lanes (and into the entrance of Wiggins Village), but failed to yield to an east-bound 2003 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Nathaniel Carter, 44, of Livingston. Imogene Vest was transported by Ambulance to Livingston Memorial Hospital for precautionary reasons, while a passenger who was with Carter was also transported to Livingston Memorial by Ambulance with undisclosed injuries.
